Industrial warehouse
Project type
Industrial
Date
January 2026
Place
Parma
Role
Collaboration with Architect Roberto Borlenghi
The project involves the construction of a new industrial warehouse for Bernazzoli S.r.l. of Parma, a company specializing in steel processing and the production of large metal components for a variety of industrial sectors. The project stemmed from the need to increase the company's production capacity, optimize internal manufacturing and handling processes, and strengthen market competitiveness by expanding production and logistics spaces.
The floor plan follows a regular pattern consisting of three 20 x 120 m modules, organized to accommodate the plant's main operational functions: warehouse areas, production departments, and spaces dedicated to the handling of materials and finished products. The modular configuration ensures high flexibility of use, rationalized internal circulation, and the possibility of future expansion of production activities.
The main façade features a cantilevered building measuring 10 x 50 m, spread over two levels and intended for management and reception areas. The ground floor houses the reception area, administrative and technical offices, while the upper floor houses additional offices and a caretaker's apartment, integrating the plant's operational and security needs.
The project is designed to combine functional efficiency, rational spatial organization, and architectural quality, creating a modern industrial complex capable of meeting the company's current production needs and supporting its future development.
