Country house 01

Country House 01 is a single-family home intended for a family of three or four, built by an adult daughter who wanted to build her own home adjacent to her parents' home.
The floor plan extends across two floors, each approximately 45 m2. The aim was to address the family's spatial needs by reducing the space to the bare essentials.
From a floor plan perspective, the home is accessed from a raised atrium above the living area. From here, three distinct routes can be accessed from the same point: to the living area, to the bathroom, and to the upper floor.
This atrium thus serves as a diaphragm and a filter for distribution, establishing precise hierarchies. The living area on the ground floor consists of an open, south-facing space that enjoys constant natural light year-round. Going upstairs, you reach the sleeping area, with two large double bedrooms, one of which can be converted into a twin bedroom.
